ONE BEDROOM  SUITE/APARTMENT: Upstairs with private sun deck -- view of ocean one block away! -- total size is 16'x32.'  One room has a QUEEN bed, the second room has a SINGLE bed and DOUBLE futon/sofa bed. There is a full kitchen and private bath. Non-smoking.

RATES: In the past we used only two rates for each unit,  off season and in season.  Currently the rates are structured to vary numerous times during the season in order to have reduced rates during week days and other low occupancy periods.  Information on rates and availability for arrival within 30 days or less // please call 757-491-1830.  Availability changes daily and sometimes hourly as the summer approaches so information using email requests and replies becomes outdated very quickly.................................Our Reservation Request Form at the bottom of this page is excellent for arrivals that are 30 or more days from information requests. 

Reservations for 7 nights or longer receive a 10% discount. 

ALL LODGING UNITS:  Private bath & TV.

LODGING UNITS AND COTTAGE ROW ALL OFFER  KITCHENS IN THE ONE BEDROOM UNITS, all other units offer kitchenettes that include a toaster, coffee pot, room size refrigerator with either Two burner cook top or microwave.  If you have a preference for 2 burner cook top or microwave please let us know. 

All rates are subject to local and state TAXES, currently 13%, plus $1 per night. All refundable deposits must be paid in cash upon check-in.
 

 
• Open: Angies main building is open April 1st to October 1st.  Cottage Row is open all year round.
• "In Season" is considered to be the period between May 21 to September 4, 2012. 
• Check-In: 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. ( If you need to arrive later than 9:00 p.m. please let us know at the time you make your reservation.
• Check-Out: Between 9:00 am and 11:00 a.m. for Lodging Units and Cottage Row.  Between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. for the 3 bedroom Cottages.
• No unregistered guests permitted on the property. 
• Children welcome. 
• All lodging units are non-smoking.  Thank you for your cooperation.
• Sorry, no pets permitted. 

Reservation Deposit may be paid by personal check if we receive 30 days in advance of your arrival date, otherwise please send a Bank Cashiers Check or Money Order payable in US funds.-- make payable to Ocean Cove Motel.  At the time you request a reservation we put a seven day (7 days) hold on the unit you have requested (10 days for visitors from other countries) to allow time for your advance reservation deposit to reach us.  Upon receipt of your reservation deposit we will send a reservation confirmation and confirmation number.

Cancellations:  If your reservation deposit is not received within 7 to 10 days, the pending reservation may be canceled.  For confirmed reservation, your reservation deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of 20% of the reservation total when cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to day of arrival.   All confirmed reservation cancellations must be in writing and mailed or faxed to Angie's mailing address.  Confirmed reservations are not considered canceled until we receive the the written cancellation notice.
